Precise Temperature Control
The BDF-86V Series ensures precise temperature control with an adjustable range from -40°C to -86°C. The Microprocessor control system and LED Digital Display make monitoring and adjustments straightforward, with a temperature accuracy of 0.1°C.
Advanced Alarm System
Equipped with audible and visual alarms, including high and low-temperature alarms, sensor failure alarms, thermostat failure alarms, power failure alarms, door open alarms, ambient temperature alarms, condenser failure alarms, filter inspection alarms, abnormal voltage alarms, and low battery alarms. This comprehensive alarm system ensures the safety and integrity of your stored materials.
Optimized Refrigeration System
Choose from two refrigeration types: BDF-86V58 features direct refrigeration, while BDF-86V108 and BDF-86V160 use an optimized auto-cascade refrigerating system. The refrigerants used are R290 and R170 for BDF-86V58 and R404a and R23 for BDF-86V108 and BDF-86V160. The condenser and evaporator systems are made of copper for efficient performance.
Durable Construction
The internal construction is made of 304 stainless steel, ensuring durability and cleanliness. The external material is sprayed steel plate, providing a robust exterior. The door is lockable, and the unit is equipped with four casters for easy mobility.
Chamber with Inner Door and Shelf
Each model includes a chamber with an inner door and a shelf for organized storage. The foam layer thickness varies with models: BDF-86V58 (150mm), BDF-86V108 (120mm), and BDF-86V160 (150mm).
