Introducing the BDF-40H Series, a range of premium -40°C Freezers designed for precise temperature control and reliability. Choose from three models: BDF-40H105 (105L), BDF-40H205 (220L), and BDF-40H305 (320L), each delivering outstanding performance for your cold storage needs.
Advanced Temperature Control
The Microprocessor Control system and LED Display ensure precise temperature management. The BDF-40H100 and BDF-40H485 models offer high or low temperature alarm, sensor failure alarm, power failure alarm, and temperature controller failure alarm. The BDF-40H200 and BDF-40H300 models provide high temperature alarm and sensor failure alarm.
Efficient Refrigeration System
All models feature a direct refrigeration system for efficient cooling. The refrigerants used are R404a and R23 for BDF-40H100 and BDF-40H485, and R290 for BDF-40H200 and BDF-40H300. The evaporator is made of high-quality copper for enhanced performance.
Durable Unibody Design
The structure incorporates a Unibody Design and Mono-assembly foaming with rigid polyurethane insulation material. The internal material is 304 Stainless Steel, ensuring durability and cleanliness. The external material is made of powder-coated cold-rolled steel plate, providing a robust exterior.
Powerful and Energy-Efficient
Power consumption varies with models: BDF-40H100 (160W), BDF-40H200 (380W), and BDF-40H300 (460W). The power supply options include AC220V±10%, 50/60Hz, and 110V±10%, 60Hz. These freezers are designed to provide reliable and energy-efficient performance.
